To support the rollout of the ZDHC Manufacturing Restricted Substances List (ZDHC MRSL) Version 2.0, ZDHC Wastewater Guidelines Version 1.1, and other ZDHC implementation activities in the East Asia region, we are going to have several ZDHC Programme and Implementation Seminars.
ZDHC is a global industry collaboration currently consisting of 150 Contributors, among them 30 Signatory Brands, 102Value Chain Affiliates and 18 Associates. The vision of ZDHC is widespread implementation of sustainable chemistry, driving innovations and environmental best practices in the textile, apparel, leather and footwear value chains.
We sincerely invite sector associations, brands and their suppliers, chemical manufacturers and service providers from the leather, synthetic leather/coated fabrics and textile value supply chains to join our gathering. During this interactive event we will provide updates on the ZDHC Programme, showcase implementation activities and lessons learnt, and share best practices on green manufacturing and chemical management. Participants will furthermore learn about challenges of hazardous chemical management and practical solutions on how to tackle and collectively overcome them. In addition, ZDHC contributors ADEC, BV and Jintex will share the status of their efforts on the environment and ZDHC.
