Coming Soon: Improved Connections & Connection Requests Reports

August 20, 2025

New improvements!

We’re excited to share that during the week of 1 September, the ZDHC Gateway will release an update to the Connections & Connection Requests reports (available to brand, vendor and supplier users). These improvements will make your reports easier to read, more consistent, and enriched with new insights.

🔄 Clearer Column Layout

To make the reports more intuitive:

  • In Brand/Vendor ↔ Supplier Connection reports, the brand or vendor details will always appear on the left, and the supplier will always appear on the right.
  • In Brand ↔ Vendor Connection reports, the brand details will always be shown on the left and the vendor on the right.
  • A new column will indicate who initiated the connection request.

This means that no matter which report you open, you will always see a consistent structure.

🔍 More Insights: ClearStream Performance & CAP Status

These columns will give you a quick overview of ClearStream Performance and Corrective Action Plan availability:

  • ClearStream Performance will display:
    • Meets requirements – all parameters passed.
    • Does not meet requirements – at least one parameter failed.
    • Not Analysed – no analysis was done in the latest report.
    • (Blank if no latest ClearStream report exists).

  • CAP Available will show whether a Corrective Action Plan is required and if it has been uploaded:
    • Required / Not Required depending on ClearStream results.
    • With CAP / Without CAP depending on uploaded files.
    • (Blank if no latest ClearStream report exists).
👉 Explanations will be included directly in the column notes to help you interpret the data.

📦 New Column: Inventory Type

A new Inventory Type column will appear after the InCheck Report ID in Brand and Vendor Connections reports.

  • Values will be either Usage or Delivery.
  • This field will also be available in the v4 Brand API.

✅ What This Means for You
  • Your reports will become easier to navigate thanks to consistent layouts.
  • You will have better insights into ClearStream performance and CAP requirements.
  • New information like Inventory Type will help you analyse connections more effectively.
📅 These updates will go live in the week of 1 Septmeber.

We hope these changes will make your reporting experience smoother and more valuable!
