📢 New 45-Day Submission Window for Wastewater Test Reports

Gateway, a new upload policy will take effect starting this October 2025 cycle.

🕒 What’s Changing?

ZDHC Approved Wastewater Laboratories will now be required to upload wastewater test reports within 45 calendar days of the end of each reporting cycle. This means:

• Uploads must be submitted no later than 45 days after a cycle ends.
• Attempts to submit reports after this window will be automatically blocked with a message directing laboratories to contact the ZDHC Customer Support Team.

🗓️ Example Cut-off Dates:

• Reporting Cycle Ends: 31 October  → Submission Cut-off: 15 December
• Reporting Cycle Ends: 30 April → Submission Cut-off: 14 June
