Roundtable at the WEEC Conference

On 31st January the ZDHC Academy hosted a side event roundtable during the World Environmental Education Conference (WEEC) conference in Abu Dhabi. During the session we discussed the work we do with academic institutions, focussing on a case study we prepared in collaboration with RITEX and ITS Cosmo. The team worked with Ritex as teachers, ITS as transformative institute/change makers and the students as equally important change makers. 

During a back and forth conversation with attendees, we discussed the challenges of working with academic institutions as an industry organisation, challenges for students entering the industry after they finished their education and the shared opportunities academic institutions and organisations like ZDHC can have when they work together.

An inspiring week comes to an end. The atmosphere of the WEEC is something incomparable to anything I have seen so far. So many kind and likeminded, open minded experts together in one place passionate about their profession and mission in life.
