How to be Found on the ZDHC Experts Page

We would like to remind all Approved Solution Providers to log into the SPP and update their company info and service descriptions

You are approved as a ZDHC Solution Provider: Congratulations!

BUT: Your customers can’t find your approval on the ZDHC Expert page? Ensure you fix your settings in the Solution Provider Platform!

Here is what you need to do:

  • Complete your Company Profile including all uploads as required.
  • Ensure you specify in which regions your services are available (in line with the ZDHC approval, e.g. lab location) because a Supplier will search for the next-door lab!

Follow the ZDHC Knowledge Base link and ensure your logo shows-up in the Expert Search according to your company’s approval.

After the migration of laboratory and certifier accounts from the “Lab Management Platform (LMP), which is being replaced as the platform for approving ZDHC Approved Wastewater Laboratories and ZDHC MRSL Certifiers, a couple of Solution Provider accounts need a bit of attention from you.

The Solution Provider Platform (SPP) enables the ZDHC Approved Solution Provider to not only manage the company account for the approval, but also manage how the company is displayed in the ZDHC Experts Platform. Your account admin (e.g. the person who handled the application) can update the logo, description text and further communication elements. Most importantly, please specify in which regions your services are available in the “Regions of Operation” segment. If this is not specified, potential customers will not be able to find your services!

In that sense, we would like to remind all Approved Solution Providers to log into the SPP and update their company info and service descriptions related information according to the respective approval(s).
