Deleting certificates, Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Technical Data Sheets (TDS) as formulators

February 23, 2024

Learn more about uploading and deleting Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and certificates on the ZDHC Gateway

The Chemical Module on the ZDHC Gateway allows formulators to upload Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and certificates that prove ZDHC MRSL conformance of their chemical products. A certification from a ZDHC Approved MRSL Certifier and an SDS are mandatory to publish a product on the ZDHC Gateway. You can read more about that process here

It is also important to note the rules for deleting these documents on the ZDHC Gateway:

  • A Certificate can only be deleted if its status is Pending or Declined.
  • A TDS can be deleted at any time by a formulator, even if it’s the last one under the product.
  • An SDS can be deleted at any time, unless it’s the last one under the product, as having at least one is mandatory.

You may find the steps to delete these documents listed under the Managing chemical products - Frequently asked questions (Formulators) article.
